Marwan Forzley
President and CEO

The creator of eBillme, Marwan Forzley is respected as an expert in payments. Marwan is frequently called on to comment on the evolving dynamics of the industry with major publications including: CNN Money, Fox News, Internet Retailer, Forbes, Business Week and the eCommerce Times.
Marwan’s drive and entrepreneurial spirit have been consistent throughout his career and led to his being recognized with a ‘Top 40 under 40’ award in 2007. Prior to eBillme, Marwan was at Nokia, where he focused on large scale eCommerce infrastructure, mobile payments and content delivery. Before joining Nokia, Marwan was at Vienna Systems, a startup that was acquired by Nokia.
He is also founder and first chair of the e-Business Cluster and the Ottawa Wireless Cluster.
Sheila James
Co-Founder and Vice President Products and Operations
Sheila, co-founder and vice president of products and operations at MODASolutions, not only drives product innovation, but also focuses on delivering high-quality service to eBillme merchants, consumers and channel partners. For more than 17 years, Sheila has led expert teams in project and product management, business analysis, product development and customer relationship management. She has worked for market leaders such as Nokia, Vienna Systems and Mitel Corporation.
In 2001, Sheila was honored with the Wired Woman of the Year award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the advancement of women in technology.
Robert MacColl
Corporate Development
Robert has played a variety of roles in the payments industry centered on strategy, finance, and corporate development. Most recently, he was CFO of Towah Group (a European prepaid company) where he still serves as a board member. He also is an Operating Director at Arsenal Capital Partners and regularly advises investors as an industry expert with the Gerson Lehrman Group. Much of his payments experience came from his 10 years at MasterCard where he ended with the title Group Executive of Global Acquisitions and Development with global transaction responsibilities plus he led the competitive intelligence and research functions. Previously, he was the CFO’s Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Planning.
Prior to MasterCard, Mr. MacColl graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked as an aerospace engineer with Pratt & Whitney aircraft for seven years. During his engineering career he obtained a Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute. His engineering career culminated with his being the flight test performance engineer for the certification of several new Airbus aircraft (e.g. A320, A321, A330) in Southern France.
Mr. MacColl left engineering to pursue his MBA at INSEAD (international business school located just outside Paris). After business school, he became a strategy consultant with Marakon Associates (leading strategy consulting firm focusing on maximizing shareholder value) where he worked with Fortune 100 companies in the chemicals, plastics, investment banking, and paper industries.
Carol Ann Korpi
Vice President Sales

Carol Ann Korpi leads eBillme’s global sales efforts and strategies, and drives revenue with merchants. Prior to joining eBillme, Carol Ann was Vice President of Sales for CNET Channel, responsible for North America and Asia Pacific; and Director of Business Development for 2 Internet start-ups. Carol Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, and a Master’s Degree from Simmons College, Boston.
Rob Graham
Chief Financial Officer
Rob is responsible for all aspects of finance, including financial reporting, strategic tax and business planning. Prior to joining eBillme, Rob was the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Solace Systems Corporation. Prior to joining Solace, Rob was Vice President of Finance and Operations at AssetMetrix Corporation. Rob also held senior finance positions with Mitel Corporation, Crosskeys Corporation, Optovation Corporation and Waterfall Networks. Rob is a Certified General Accountant with 15 years experience. During this time Rob has been involved in raising over $100M in venture and debt financing, and has navigated through two acquisitions.
David Koch
Vice President of Business Development
David leads and manages eBillme’s business development activities with special emphasis on building strong relationships with eBillme’s financial institution partners. Prior to eBillme, David held various sales and marketing roles at MasterCard, Argus Information and Advisory and led business development efforts for Promereo, a payments start-up. David also served nine years in the US Navy as a naval aviator. He holds a SB in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Karen Leggett
Vice President Relationship Management
Karen collaborates with eBillme merchant, channel and value-added service providers to fully leverage the eBillme payment option and ensure eBillme partners achieve their business objectives. Karen has over 20 years of experience in executive sales and relationship management roles with leading technology companies such as Xerox, Corel, PowerQuest (now a Symantec company) and Fischer International. Her strength lies in understanding customers and enhancing customer and partner relationships, while developing eBillme’s leadership position within the merchant community.
Samer Forzley
Vice President Marketing
Samer Forzley develops and manages marketing strategies and programs dedicated to customer and merchant acquisition. Prior to joining eBillme, Samer held senior eBusiness development and strategy positions with Alcatel, Primus, and Allstream. Samer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Math in Computer Mathematics from Carleton University, he also holds a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from the University of Ottawa.
