Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate a clear and cohesive view of the inherent business risks for all key stakeholders
- Establish the risk managements principles, policies and algorithms to assess the risk exposure resulting from various case scenarios
- work closely with various staff members to refine the risk strategy
- Establish and assure that appropriate controls are put in place across all outsourcing arrangements, new product development and changes to business processes and systems
- Evaluate and investigate the impact of new products and services and the required changes to risk management processes and plans both internally and externally
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in requirements analysis and design of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant fraud management applications.
- Experience in real-time fraud management systems (design and development of fraud models), real-time risk management systems, regulatory compliance products, neural systems, high volume financial transaction systems, decision rule based applications, statistical modeling and/or credit decision platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for taking data sets and creating world-class models aimed at preventing and detecting fraud.
- Metrics driven manager who can establish metrics to track performance (improved and degraded) to assess placement of investments and corrective actions.
