eBillme is looking for a Sales Engineer (SE) to provide technical assistance and product education to support sales. The SE will perform in-depth technical presentations for customers, partners, and/or integrators on various shopping carts, order management systems, and ecommerce infrastructures. Experience with online ecommerce applications and integration with payment platforms through APIs is essential. Knowledge of various retailer platforms is preferred.
- 3-5 years pre sales support experience in e-commerce
- Familiar with retail environment
- Experience:
- Technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
