Paying with MoneyGram®

Pay with cash at any MoneyGram® ExpressPayment® service to pay your eBill at approximately 40,000 MoneyGram agent locations nationwide. MoneyGram charges a fee of $4.95 for this service. For many MoneyGram locations, including Walmart, please start by completing a blue ExpressPayment form with the following information:
  • Receive Code: 7152
  • Account Number: As noted on your bill (EBXXXXXXX)
  • Company Name: eBillme
  • City/State: Cincinnati, OH

For FormFree® locations, such as CVS/pharmacy, please follow these steps:

  1. Pick up the red MoneyGram phone - it will auto dial MoneyGram Customer Service.
  2. When prompted for the transaction type, select Pay A Bill from the menu list.
  3. Enter your telephone number.
  4. You will be connected to a live MoneyGram agent who will ask you to confirm your telephone number, name, address, your eBillme account number (EBXXXXXXX), the amount of your payment and the receive code of the recipient (eBillme receive code is 7152).
  5. You will receive a confirmation number from the MoneyGram agent. Take this confirmation number to the cashier at the retail location who will collect the cash and the MoneyGram fee, and complete the payment.


Paying with PreCash®

Go to a participating retailer, take your cash payment, your eBillme account number (EBXXXXXXX) plus enough cash for a small processing fee. The processing fee is typically $4.95 but could vary by retailer. The retailer will process your payment, collect the fee and the payment will post to your account in one to two business days.



Paying with IPP™

Pay with cash at any IPP office using your eBillme account number (EBXXXXXXX) as the company name, and your account number as it appears on your bill (seen above). IPP transfers your payment directly to eBillme, but charges a processing fee of $4.95.
