Spending Valentines Day alone?
Well, you’re not alone. These days the “anti-Valentines Day” movement is almost as strong as the Pro V-Day crowd. If the thought of spending this holiday alone upsets you, advice experts recommend taking spending the day doing something you enjoy anyway or maybe rewarding yourself with a present: there are plenty of Valentines Day sales and bargains to be taken advantage of, and retailers won’t turn you away just because you’re single, am I right?
Due to Valentines Day’s murky backstory (is it a religious holiday? Pagan? Hallmark?) you shouldn’t feel bad about taking matters into your own hands and doing things your way: there’s no right way to do Valentines Day.
So, this year take back February 14th! Just don’t forget to take advantage of this holiday’s abundance of chocolates, and Valentines Day sales.
