Your best tips for living debt-free
Even amid all of the credit card regulations, it is clear that consumers have changed their perception and their use of credit cards. According to data from the Federal Reserve, revolving credit fell by nearly 20% in November, the largest drop on record, showing that more consumers are saying ‘no’ to credit. This is a trend we have been following over the last several months by our customers that use eBillme to pay with cash instead of credit at our over 800 online merchant sites.
Living without credit cards is a lifestyle change. The ‘pay later’ mentality is replaced with spending money you actually have available. But of course the first step towards debt-free living is paying down existing debt.
