    Now you can pay cash securely when you’re shopping online . It is easy to use, fast and convenient. At checkout, select eBillme as your payment option.

    A copy of your bill will be displayed on the screen and emailed to you for your records. Log in to your bank’s website and go to the bill pay section. Follow the instructions found in your bill to add eBillme as a payee and then pay for your order - the same way you pay your other bills through online banking.

    Now its also possible to pay at more than 36,000 walk-in locations including convenience stores, cellular stores, drug stores and Precash® locations near you. 

    At checkout, select eBillme as your payment option.  A copy of your bill will be displayed on the screen and emailed to you for your records.  Print off this copy of the bill, and take it to the nearest payment location.

    Questions about Online Cash Payments

       Where do I pay my bill?

    Your bill can be paid at virtually any bank in the United States. eBillme can be added as a payee at any bank, credit union and bill pay portal that supports online bill pay.

    This includes Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo and more.

    Your bill can also be paid at any of our 75,000 walk-in locations including convenience stores, cellular stores,  drug stores and Precash® locations near you.  Find the nearest location now.

       How do I pay my bill?

    An electronic invoice along with your account number and payment instructions will appear at the time of your purchase and a copy is sent to your email account.

    You can pay your bill 2 different ways.

    Online Banking:

    Log in to your bank or credit union’s online banking portal. Go to the bill pay section and add eBillme as a payee using the information from your bill. (This step is only required the first time you use eBillme)  Pay the amount listed on your bill.

    Walkin Location

    If you would prefer, you can also pay your bill at one of our 75,000 walk-in locations convenience stores, cellular stores,  drug stores and Precash® locations near you

       My bank is not listed. Can I still use eBillme?

    You can use eBillme with any financial institution that offers online bill payment as a payment method. The list on our website is a sample list of banks, credit unions, and bill pay portals.  If you notice a bank that is not listed, please contact us at , and we will update our website.

       What information do I need to add eBillme as a payee?

    Adding eBillme as a payee is easy.

    First, you login to your online banking and go to the bill pay section.

    Use the search tool to find “eBillme”. Then click the “add” button to add your account information (from your bill).


    Most online banks offer a search, but if for some reason a search option is not available or if you aren’t able to find eBillme using your bank’s search tool, then you can add us as a payee manually with the information in your bill (as shown below).

       Do I use my credit card to pay my bill?

    eBillme is cash-based so you do not have to provide the merchant or anyone else with your credit card number or any other financial information.

    Simply select eBillme as a payment option at checkout and you will be emailed an bill with your order details and instructions on how to pay your bill securely with cash from your online bank account.

       Will I go directly to online banking?

    No. For security reasons you won’t be redirected to your online banking accounts.

    Your bill is similar to any other bill that you would pay online. Simply log in to your bank’s bill pay service and complete your payment.

    Depending on your bank, you may be able to select eBillme from a list, or you may be required to enter the additional information found in the bill. Like other bills, you only have to set-up eBillme as a payee once so the next time paying will be even faster.

       When will my order be shipped?

    Your payment is processed as quickly as possible to ensure that your online order gets shipped to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and merchants typically ship as soon as payments are processed!

       When will my payment be processed?

    Your payments is processed as quickly as possible to keep your order moving as fast as possible. Payments are typically processed within 24 hours. However, it may take your bank 1 to 3 business days to process your payment and transfer the funds.

       I paid for my order, but just received an email saying I need to pay. Why?

    If you have already sent the payment for this order, please disregard this automatic reminder email.

    We are sorry for the confusion. Sometimes, it can take a couple of days to receive your payment from your bank. As soon as your payment is received the store will go ahead and ship your order.

       I paid for my order, but the store says it hasn’t received payment yet. Why?

    If your bank sent your payment electronically, it can take 1-2 business days for the store to receive your payment.

    On rare occasions, the first payment made to us is sent from the bank to us as a physical check which takes longer to process. Your online banking bill pay website should give you an approximate delivery date.

    You can usually tell by the delivery date if it was sent electronically (1-2 days) or as a check (sometimes longer). If you don’t see this information you can always call your bank to find out.  As soon as the store receives your payment they will go ahead and ship your order.



    Questions Concerning Rebates

       What kind of rebates are available?

       How much can I earn in cash back?

    You may earn up to five hundred U.S. dollars ($500.00) of cash back savings in a calendar year.

       How secure is eBillme?

    All payments are made through your bank’s website and funds are transferred from your bank account to eBillme only after authentication has taken place.

    No one has any access to your personal and sensitive financial information such as bank account, social security or credit card numbers. The result is a solution that does not compromise your security and that guarantees your privacy.

       What kind of buyer protection do you offer?

    Questions about eBilling for Teens

       Can teens pay with eBillme?

    Just because you don’t have a credit card that doesn’t mean you can’t shop online. You can shop online and pay in 2 convenient ways:

    1. Login to your online bank account and pay for your order using money you have in your bank account, or
    2. Pay at more than 36,000 walk-in locations including convenience stores, cellular stores,  drug stores and Precash® locations near you.  Find a payment location near you.  or
    3. Forward the bill to someone else to pay. It’s simple. Just forward a copy of your email to anyone who has access to online banking and ask them to make the payment. That could be a parent, grandparent, friend or spouse.

       Can a parent or friend pay for my bill?

    To have someone else pay for your order, simply forward the bill we sent to you by e-mail to the person. They can pay it just like paying any utility bill from their online bank account. 

    1. Generally we recommend that you talk to the person who will be paying beforehand. They can check us out here. You can also provide them with the following links relating to security and buyer protection.
    2. Forward the bill e-mail to the person paying and add a short personal message at the beginning of the forwarded bill e-mail so there are no surprises. 

       My parents are worried about fraud and identity theft – What should I say?

    We think it’s important for people to be informed and to make sure they are comfortable making online payments.

       What if my parent does not use online banking ?

    Your parent could pay your bill at any of our 75,000 walk-in locations including convenience stores, cellular stores,  drug stores and Precash® locations near you.  Find a payment location near you.

    Most bank accounts have access to online banking, but if your parents don’t have access to an online bank account, remember you can forward your bill to anyone to pay. With over 110 Million Americans with access to an online bank account, someone in your family, or one of your friends should be able to help you out.



    Questions about walk-in payments

       What walk-in locations can I pay my bill?

    Pay at over 75,000 walk-in locations  including 7-Eleven® Stores, gas stations and other convenient locations near you.

    Paying with MoneyGram®
    Pay with cash at any MoneyGram office using “eBillme” as the company name, “7152” and the receiver code, Wilmington, Delware as the address and your account number as it appears on your bill. MoneyGram transfers your payment directly to eBillme, but charges a processing fee of $4.95. Find a participating retailer near you.

    Paying with PreCash®
    Paying is easy with PreCash. Go to a participating retailer with your PreCash card, your cash payment and the $4.95 processing fee. The retailer will process your payment and the payment will post to your account within four hours. If you don’t already have a card, you can get one from the retailer. Just don’t forget to take your eBillme account number with you to activate the card.  Find a participating retailer near you.

    Paying with IPP™
    Pay with cash at any IPP office using your account number, “eBillme” as the company name, and your account number as it appears on your bill. IPP transfers your payment directly, but charges a processing fee of $4.95.  Find a participating retailer near you.

       Is there a charge for paying at a walk-in location?

    Walk-in payment providers do require a fee for paying your bills (including those from eBillme).

       Can a friend or parent pay my bill at walk-in location?

    To have someone else pay for your order, simply forward the bill we sent to you by email to the person, or give them the print off of your bill.

    They can pay your bill just like paying a utility bill from their online bank or at a local walk-in location.



    Questions about the Rewards Program

       What is the Cash Back program?

    You can earn 1% cash back on each order you place with eBillme. All you need to do is register for the program and start earning!

       How many cash back rewards do I need to redeem my cash back?

    You can redeem your cash back rewards once you’ve earned a minimum of $10.

       Do I have to wait to redeem my points?

    As soon as you have $10 worth of points in your account, you can go ahead and create a cash back coupon to redeem at any participating store.

    Sometimes there will be a waiting period for cash back rewards to be deposited into your account. If you’ve waited over 15 days for the points to be deposited, please

       How do I redeem my cash back rewards?

    When you have a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards, your monthly statement will have a link to “create a cash back coupon”.

    Simply click the link, follow the instructions and create a cash back coupon code.  The next time you use eBillme at a participating merchant simply enter the coupon when you are accepting all of the Terms and Conditions.

       How long do my points last?

    Your points last 2 years so there’s plenty of time to build them up and redeem them for cash back.

    When you create a cash back coupon, it’s valid for a period of 6 months.

       If I create a coupon but my purchase is less than the coupon amount, can I reuse the remainder?

    When redeeming and using your coupon, be aware that the coupon is only valid once and 100% of its value will be used against the purchase regardless of purchase amount.

    Coupons will not retain a balance - therefore please ensure the purchase that the coupon is applied to is equal or greater than the coupon value.

       Where can I see how many cash back rewards I have?

    Each month you’ll get an e-mail with a summary of how many cash back rewards you have.

       Are Cash Back Rewards transferable?

    Cash Back Rewards are not transferable, but can be combined with any other eBillme offers and programs.
