    Checkout and Pay at your bank’s website or at a Western Union Agent location.

    Now you can pay cash securely when you’re shopping online . It is easy to use, fast and convenient. At checkout, select eBillme as your payment option.

    A copy of your bill will be displayed on the screen and emailed to you for your records. You have 2 ways to pay your eBill:

    1. Log in to your bank’s website and go to the bill pay section. Follow the instructions found in your bill to add eBillme as a payee and then pay for your order - the same way you pay your other bills through online banking.

    2. Pay your eBill at 50,000 Western Union® Agent locations in the US. (see walk in FAQ for fees)

    Questions about Paying with eBillme

       How do I pay my bill?

    An electronic invoice (eBill) along with your account number and payment instructions will appear at the time of your purchase and a copy is sent to your email account. You have 2 ways to pay your eBill:

    Online Banking/Bill Pay:
    Log in to your bank or credit union’s online banking portal. Go to the bill pay section and add eBillme as a payee using the information from your bill. (This step is only required the first time you use eBillme)  Pay the amount listed on your bill.

    Walk In Locations:
    Pay your eBill at 50,000 Western Union® Agent locations in the US.
    1. Find a Western Union® walk-in Agent location in the US.
    2. Print a copy of the eBillme eBill and bring it to the Western Union Agent location.
    3. Fill out the blue Quick Collect® Western Union form. Complete the form and include:
    (a)  the amount owing on your eBill
    (b) eBillme as the biller name
    (c)  your eBillme Account Number, which is EB plus 7 digits, example,  EB1234567
    (d) for your City Code: eBillme OH
    4. Give the Agent the form and cash (amount to be sent, plus Quick Collect fee). The agent will process the payment and give you a receipt.
    5. eBillme will send you an email eReceipt when we receive your payment; and eBillme will notify the merchant to process your order.

       Where do I pay my bill?

    You can pay your eBill through online banking, or at a Western Union agent location.

    Your bill can be paid at virtually any bank in the United States. eBillme can be added as a payee at any bank, credit union and bill pay portal that supports online bill pay. Click here to check our Bank list.

    This includes Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo and more.

       My bank is not listed. Can I still use eBillme?

    You can use eBillme with any financial institution that offers online bill payment as a payment method. The bank list on our website is a sample list of banks, credit unions, and bill pay portals.

    If your bank is not listed, just check your bank’s website to see if they offer online bill pay – if they do, you can pay with eBillme at this bank. Happy shopping!

       What information do I need to add eBillme as a payee?

    Adding eBillme as a payee is easy.

    First, you login to your online banking and go to the bill pay section.

    Use the search tool to find “eBillme”. Then click the “add” button to add your account information (from your bill).


    Most online banks offer a search, but if for some reason a search option is not available or if you aren’t able to find eBillme using your bank’s search tool, then you can add us as a payee manually with the information in your bill (as shown below).

       Do I use my credit card to pay my bill?

    eBillme is cash-based so you do not have to provide the merchant or anyone else with your credit card number or any other financial information.

    Simply select eBillme as a payment option at checkout and you will be emailed an bill with your order details and instructions on how to pay your bill securely with cash from your online bank account.

       Will I go directly to online banking?

    No. For security reasons you won’t be redirected to your online banking accounts.

    Your bill is similar to any other bill that you would pay online. Simply log in to your bank’s bill pay service and complete your payment.

    Depending on your bank, you may be able to select eBillme from a list, or you may be required to enter the additional information found in the bill. Like other bills, you only have to set-up eBillme as a payee once so the next time paying will be even faster.

       When will my order be shipped?

    Your payment is processed as quickly as possible to ensure that your online order gets shipped to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and merchants typically ship as soon as payments are processed!

       When will my payment be processed?

    Your payments is processed as quickly as possible to keep your order moving as fast as possible. Payments are typically processed within 24 hours. However, it may take your bank 1 to 3 business days to process your payment and transfer the funds.

       I paid for my order, but just received an email saying I need to pay. Why?

    If you have already sent the payment for this order, please disregard this automatic reminder email.

    We are sorry for the confusion. Sometimes, it can take a couple of days to receive your payment from your bank, or Western Union. As soon as your payment is received the store will go ahead and ship your order.

       I paid for my order, but the store says it hasn’t received payment yet. Why?

    If your bank sent your payment electronically, it can take 1-2 business days for the store to receive your payment.

    On rare occasions, the first payment made to us is sent from the bank to us as a physical check which takes longer to process. Your online banking bill pay website should give you an approximate delivery date.

    You can usually tell by the delivery date if it was sent electronically (1-2 days) or as a check (sometimes longer). If you don’t see this information you can always call your bank to find out.  As soon as the store receives your payment they will go ahead and ship your order.

       Always pay eBillme for your order - not an agent.

    When paying at a Western Union Agent Location:

    Only pay eBillme for your purchase, do not pay merchants directly.  In order for your purchase to be covered for the eBillme Buyer Protection, all payments must be made to eBillme.



    Questions about walk-in payments

       Where are your walk-in locations?

    Pay your eBill at 50,000 Western Union® Agent locations in the US.

       Is there a charge for paying at a walk-in location?

    Yes. When you pay eBillme at a Western Union Agent location: you will pay the amount owing on your eBill, and the Western Union Quick Collect Fee. Western Union service fees range from $2.95 to $6.95 US.  Western Union may adjust the applicable Service Fees at its discretion at any time.

       How do I pay my eBill at a Western Union agent location?

    Paying with Western Union:
    1. Find a Western Union® Agent location in the US.

    All payments are made through your bank’s website and funds are transferred from your bank account to eBillme only after authentication has taken place.

    No one has any access to your personal and sensitive financial information such as bank account, social security or credit card numbers. The result is a solution that does not compromise your security and that guarantees your privacy.

       What kind of buyer protection do you offer?

       What is the eBillme Cash Back Rewards program?

    The eBillme Cash Back Rewards program is our way of saying thank you for using eBillme. The program is free, and you earn cash back rewards on most (*) orders you place with eBillme, even gift cards.

       How/where do I join Cash Back Rewards?

    Joining eBillme Cash Back is free and easy.

    If you are a NEW eBillme customer - click here to JOIN the program.

    If you are an EXISTING eBillme customer - you can login to our Cash Back Portal, to track your cash back earnings.To login, you’ll need the email address associated with your eBillme account, and your eBillme account number (starts with EB and 7 digits).

       I already Opted In to the eBillme Rewards program, is my account still valid?

    Yes. If you already joined/opted in to our rewards program, your account is still valid and you will be accruing cash back rewards, under that same email address.

       What are the limits, terms, and conditions?

    Here are the terms for the eBillme cash back program:
    Earnings Limitations
    - On qualifying purchases, you may earn up to a limit of $10.00 Cash Back per Gift Card order; and $10.00 Cash Back per order at an eBillme merchant. See details and restrictions listed in the learn more of the specific offer you are interested in. Cash Back amounts vary by merchant, by gift card, by promotional period, and offers are subject to change.
    - You may earn up to two hundred U.S. dollars ($200.00) of Cash Back savings within a 12 month period.
    - Cash back earnings are valid for a period of 12 months. After 12 months, the cash back earning will expire.
    - For Gift Cards: 10% Cash Back Rewards is available to NEW eBillme customers and applies to your eBillme order only, and cash back percentage.If you have received or participated in any other eBillme Cash Back promotion, instant rebate coupon or mail-in rebate, you cannot participate in this offer and do not qualify for 10% cash back; you will earn 1% cash back.
    - Cash back coupons that have been created, are valid and active for a period of 6 months. After 6 months, the cash back coupon will expire.
    - You must opt in to the eBillme Cash Back program to earn Cash Back Rewards. eBillme recommends you opt into the program as soon as you make a purchase with eBillme, information on how to join the Cash Back program is listed on your eBill. If you do not opt in to the program, you will not earn Cash Back.
    - You have 60 days from the time you make your eBillme purchase to opt in to the program. After 60 days, you will not earn Cash Back rewards on these purchases.
    - Order must be paid in full to earn your Cash Back
    - Not applicable to returned products or refunded orders due to out of stock inventory

       How do I view my Cash Back rewards? (or login)

    Each month, we’ll email you a statement with a summary of how many cash back rewards you have. These statements are emailed the 15th of every month.
    You can log in to the eBillme Cash Back portal any time, to check your rewards, and if you meet the redemption amounts, you can request a coupon code, or a check. To log in, you need your email address and your eBillme account # (begins with EB).
    Information on the portal is included in the monthly statement, emailed the 15th of every month.

       How do I get my Cash Back? (how do I redeem)

    The eBillme Cash Back program has a redemption minimum of $10. Once you’ve reached $10 or more you can cash out for a coupon in $10 increments or you can cash out with a check once you’ve reached $50. On the 15th of each month, we’ll email you a statement with a summary of how many cash back rewards you have, and how you can cash in.

    Maximum allowable cash back earnings are $200 every 12 months (across all eBillme merchants, gift cards, and offers).
    When redeeming cash back please note: online coupon code will be active immediately; allow 8-10 weeks delivery for check (check will be send by mail).

    You can log in to the eBillme Cash Back portal any time, to check your rewards, and if you meet the redemption amounts, you can request a coupon code, or a check.

       How do apply an eBillme coupon and earn Cash Back?

    Coupon:
    If you have an eBillme coupon code, please enter this code on the eBillme checkout, not on the retailers checkout page.

    Cash Back:
    On the 15th of each month, we’ll email you a statement with a summary of how many cash back rewards you have, and how you can cash in.
    When you have a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards, you will be able to “create a cash back coupon”. Simply click the link, follow the instructions and create a cash back coupon code.

       I have reached over $50 in rewards – how do I request a check?

    Details on how to request the check ( you must have $50 in earnings to request a check), will be available in the Cash Back portal. You can login to the Portal anytime, to check your earnings.Please allow 8-10 weeks delivery for the check. Maximum allowable earnings are $200 every 12 months (across all eBillme merchants, gift cards, and offers).

       How long do my rewards (Cash Back) last?

    Your cash back rewards last 1 year (12 months), so there’s plenty of time to build them up and redeem them for cash back. When you create a cash back coupon, it’s valid for a period of 6 months.

       Can I use my Cash Back coupon on Gift Cards?

    Yes. 
    You can redeem your cash back coupon at these participating merchants, or at the eBillme Gift Card Mall.Simply enter the coupon code when you are accepting the eBillme Terms and Conditions, the amount of the coupon will be deducted from your eBill.        If I create a coupon but my purchase is less than the coupon amount, can I reuse the remainder later?

    No.
    When redeeming and using your coupon, the coupon is only valid once and 100% of its value will be used against the purchase regardless of purchase amount. Coupons will not retain a balance - therefore please ensure the purchase that the coupon is applied to is equal or greater than the coupon value. Once you create a cash back coupon, it’s valid for a period of 6 months.

       What is an Introductory Offer? What is 2x Tuesday; 2x Thursday; or 2x Cash Back?

    Introductory Offers are special discounts or cash back incentives, which are available only to customers who are new to eBillme, ie, have never used eBillme before at a retailer, or at the eBillme Gift Card Mall. If you have received or participated in any other eBillme cash back promotion, instant rebate coupon or mail-in rebate, you cannot participate in an introductory offer.

    Sometimes we offer limited time DOUBLE cash back offers (such as 2x Tuesday or 2x Thursday) at selected merchants. You will receive double cash back: example, if a eBillme retailer usually offers 5% cash back – you get 10%; 1% will get you 2%, etc. Be sure to read the offer restrictions, as there is a maximum amount of cash back you can earn PER order (usually $10 at eBillme merchants ), and PER year ($200) and this amount does not double.

       How can I verify which stores, or gift cards, offers what % Cash Back?

    eBillme cash back is available at over 800 online stores, plus the eBillme Gift Card mall. The cash back amount (or %) varies by store, by order, and by promotional period. Check the eBillme Gift Card Mall to view today’s current cash back offers on gift cards; check the eBillme alphabetical store listing to view today’ s cash back offers at your favorite store.

       Is there a waiting period before I accumulate my cash back?

    Yes.

    Once you pay for an eBillme purchase, it takes 15 days for the cash back to be accumulated, and assigned to your account.  This cash back amount is “pending”. If you have pending cash back, it will be indicated in “red” in the Account Activity section, which is listed within the eBillme Cash Statement portal.

    For Tell a Friend/referral Cash Back Rewards: Cash back referral earning will be assigned to your account within 30 days of a confirmed and eligible paid eBillme order. The earnings will be available for you to review/redeem on the 15th of every month and will reflect all referred orders in the previous calendar month. Example: Feb. 15th, you will have access to all confirmed orders from Jan. 1st - Jan 31st.

       What is Balance, on the Cash Back statement?

    Balance is the amount of cash back rewards you have remaining in your account. When you have a balance of $10 or over in cash back rewards, your earnings will be available for redemption.
    Maximum allowable earnings are $200 every 12 months (across all eBillme merchants, gift cards, and offers).

       What is Available to Redeem, on the Cash Back statement?

    Available to Redeem is the amount of cash back rewards you have available to redeem.

    When you have a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards, you can request a coupon code. The next time you use eBillme at a participating merchant (including the eBillme Gift Card Mall) simply enter the coupon when you are accepting the eBillme Terms and Conditions, and the coupon amount will be deducted from the amount of your purchase.

    When you earn a minimum of $50 in cash back rewards, you have an option of requesting a check. Please allow 8-10 weeks delivery for check.

    The eBillme Tell a Friend is program is a way you can earn extra eBillme cash back rewards. Tell your friends and family about special offers and eBillme incentives, and you will both earn eBillme cash back rewards!

    Your friend will earn up to 10% cash back when they checkout and pay for their order with eBillme. See details.
    You (the referrer) will earn referral cash back rewards on selected purchases, when your friend pays with eBillme.

    - your friends order must be paid in full with eBillme to earn cash back and referral cash back rewards
    • There are no maximum cash back limits to the Tell a Friends referral cash back rewards
    • Cash back referral earning will be assigned to your account within 30 days of a confirmed and eligible paid eBillme order.        Update to Cash Back Promotions: Sept. 1, 2011

    Please note the following changes to the eBillme Cash Back Program, effective Sept. 1, 2011.

    Effective Sept. 1, 2011 we are no longer offering 2x Tuesday or 2x Thursday double cash back promotions.
    Exception:  Beauty Encounter will offer 2x Tuesday and Thursday until Thurs. Dec. 29, 2011.

    Effective Sept. 1, 2011 the maximum cash back earnings at an eBillme merchant, on qualifying orders, is $10 per order.  The maximum cash back per gift card order remains the same, at $10.
    The 12 month maximum total earning remains at two hundred U.S. dollars ($200) of cash back savings.

       How do I pay for my gift cards?

    Purchase gift cards online with eBillme, and pay cash from your bank, online.
    Once you checkout with eBillme, you will be presented with (and emailed) an eBill. Simply pay your eBill through online banking where ever you pay bills online. Or, pay your eBill at 50,000 Western Union® Agent locations in the US.

       Do you send the gift card out?

    No. We sell a virtual gift card. The gift card will be emailed to the person placing the order; this email contains the details on how to activate the electronic gift card.

       Can I use the gift cards in store?

    Yes. If the retailer has store locations, you can use the gift card in store. Just buy gift cards online, and bring your gift card activation number/account number, so the in-store staff can cross reference the gift cards. See your retailer directly for store addresses and limitations, valid in US only.

       When will I receive my gift card by email?

    Be sure to pay your bill right away, and your payment will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive your Gift Card by email when your payment is received and processed.  Electronic payments can take 1-3 business days to be received. As soon as your payment is received; eBillme will email your Gift Card, as well as a payment receipt for your records.

       Do gift card purchases qualify for the eBillme Cash Back rewards program?

    Usually.

    If you buy gift cards from eBillme, and have lost your activation/claim code, please contact eBillme support.

       Can I return the gift card?

    No.
    Once you buy gift cards online, they cannot be returned.

       Can I get cash back for the remaining balance of the gift card?

    No.

       Can I add additional funds (or top up) my gift card?

    You will need to purchase a new gift card to add additional funds. Simply visit our Gift Card checkout page

       Does the gift card expire?

    No, gift cards do not expire.

       How many gift cards can I purchase per order?

    You can purchase up to 10 gift cards, from one retailer, on the same order. Each retailer has its own checkout page – so just choose the retailer you want, and you’ll be ready to buy your gift cards.
