How to Join
Sign up is free and easy.
- To join, simply pay your bill, and click the ‘JOIN CASH BACK’ button on your bill or receipt. Or fast track and click the 'JOIN CASH BACK' button below.
- Once you have joined the program your points will be automatically added to your account with each paid order.
How much can you Earn?
You can earn the following:
- You may earn up to a limit of of $10.00 Cash Back per Gift Card order; and $10.00 Cash Back per order at an eBillme merchant.
- The percentage cash back varies my merchant and gift card – see % in table below.
- You may earn up to two hundred U.S. dollars ($200.00) of cash back savings within a 12 month period.
- Cash back earnings are valid for a period of 12 months.

Getting your Cash Back
Your cash back earnings may be redeemed one of 2 ways:
- eBillme Coupon: After you earn a minimum of $10.00 USD, you can turn your earnings into a coupon. To redeem your coupon code simply enter it on the eBillme Terms and Conditions page as you checkout with eBillme at one of our participating merchants.
- Check by Mail: When you earn a minimum of $50 in cash back rewards, you have an option of requesting a check for the $50 balance from your Cash Back statement. Once you qualify for the minimum redemption, details on how to request the check, will be in your monthly emailed rewards statement, which we email out the 15th of every month. Please allow 8-10 weeks delivery for the check.
View your Earnings
- Your earnings will be displayed on your payment receipt - and will be added to your account after 15 days.
- On the 15th of every month, we email you a statement with a summary of your cash back rewards.
- The monthly statement includes an eBillme Cash Back log in portal. This portal enables you to log in to your eBillme Cash Back Account, check your rewards, and if you meet the redemption amounts, you can request a coupon code, or a check.
Earnings Limitations
- You may earn up to a limit of $10.00 Cash Back per Gift Card order; and $10.00 Cash Back per order at an eBillme merchant. See details and restrictions listed in the learn more of the specific offer you are interested in. Cash Back offers, including per order maximum amounts and cash back percentages, vary by merchant, by gift card, by promotional period, and offers are subject to change.
- You may earn up to two hundred U.S. dollars ($200.00) of Cash Back savings within a 12 month period.
- Cash back earnings are valid for a period of 12 months. After 12 months, the cash back earning will expire.
- Cash back coupons that have been created, are valid and active for a period of 6 months. After 6 months, the cash back coupon will expire.
- You must opt in to the eBillme Cash Back program to earn Cash Back Rewards. eBillme recommends you opt into the program as soon as you make a purchase with eBillme, information on how to join the Cash Back program is listed on your eBill. If you do not opt in to the program, you will not earn Cash Back.
- You have 60 days from the time you make your eBillme purchase to opt in to the program. After 60 days, you will not earn Cash Back rewards on these purchases.
