Step 2: Fill out the form to get your Gas Card
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your $20 Gas Card to arrive. If you do not receive your $20 Gas Card within 10 weeks, please email rebate@eBillme.com.
Your $20 Gas Card will be sent to the billing address associated with your eBillme account at the time of purchase. If your billing address has changed please contact us at rebate@eBillme.com.
Terms and Conditions
Applicable to customer's first use of eBillme as a payment method. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Order must be purchased from participating retailer's websites or call centers between the specified time using eBillme as the method of payment. Gas Card Entry Form must be submitted no later than 15 days after promotion end date - September 30 2008. Order must be paid in full. Not applicable to returned product.

Fraudulent submissions may result in prosecution, fines, penalties, damages or liability and may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gas cards will not be sent to P.O. Boxes. Claims that do not comply with the terms of this offer will be rejected.
