How it Works:

The Return Guarantee provides you with a money-back guarantee on eligible purchases you make with eBillme for up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If you become dissatisfied with an eligible purchase, we will accept return of the item and reimburse the purchase price (up to $500 per eligible purchase and $1,000 per twelve-month period). Payment does not include any applicable taxes, storage, shipping, handling, and postage charges.

An eligible purchase may be returned to us for any reason, but it must be returned undamaged, in good working condition, and in its original and complete packaging. You are responsible for all mailing costs.
