Questions about eBillme payments

How do I pay my bill?

When you shop using eBillme, a bill with your eBillme account number and payment instructions is presented to you online and a copy is sent to your email account.

You can pay your bill in 2 different ways.

1) Online Banking:

Login to your bank or credit union's online banking portal. Go to the bill pay section and add eBillme as a Payee / Biller using the information from your bill. (This step is only required the first time you use eBillme) Pay the amount listed on your bill. Watch the instructional video.

2) Walk-in Location

Pay eBillme at over 50,000 Western Union Agent locations in the US.

At checkout, select eBillme as your payment option. A copy of your bill will be displayed on the screen and emailed to you for your records. Print out this copy of the bill, and take it to the nearest Western Union Agent locationto make your payment.

Where do I pay my bill?

Your bill can be paid at virtually any bank in the United States. eBillme can be added as a Payee / Biller at any bank, credit union and bill pay portal that supports online bill pay. This includes Bank of America, Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo and more. Click here for a list of banks. What information do I need to add eBillme as a Payee / Biller?

Adding eBillme as a Payee / Biller is easy.

To add eBillme as a Payee / Biller, you login to your online banking, go to the bill pay section, and use the search tool to find eBillme. You then click the add button and add your eBillme account information (from your eBill).? Most online banks offer a search, but if for some reason search is not available or if you aren't able to find eBillme using your bank's search tool, then you can add eBillme as a Payee / Biller manually with the information in your bill (as shown below). My bank is not listed. Can I still use eBillme?

You can use eBillme with any financial institution that offers online bill payment as a payment method. The list on our website is a sample list of banks, credit unions, and bill pay portals. If you notice a bank that is not listed, please contact us at support@ebillme.com and we will update our website.

Will you forward me directly to my online banking account?

No. For security reasons, eBillme does not link you directly to your online banking accounts. Your bill is similar to any other bill that you would pay online. Simply login to your bank's bill pay service and complete your payment. Depending on your bank, you may be able to chose eBillme from a list, or you may be required to enter the additional information found in the bill. Like other bills, you only have to set up eBillme as a Payee / Biller once so the next time you use eBillme, paying will be even faster.

Do I use my credit card to pay my bill?

eBillme is cash-based so you do not have to provide the merchant or eBillme with your credit card number or any other financial information. Simply select eBillme as a payment option at checkout and you will be emailed a bill with your order details and instructions on how to pay your bill securely with cash from your online bank account.

When will my payment be processed?

At eBillme we work hard to process payments as quickly as possible to keep your order moving as fast as possible. eBillme payments are typically processed within 24 hours. However, it may take your bank 1-3 business days to process your payment and transfer the funds.

When will my order be shipped?

eBillme processes payments as quickly as we can to ensure that your online order gets shipped to you as quickly as possible. eBillme orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our merchants typically ship when payments are processed.

I paid for my order, but just received an email saying I need to pay. Why?

If you have already sent the payment for this order, please disregard this automatic reminder email. We are sorry for the confusion. Sometimes, it can take a couple of days for eBillme to receive your payment from your bank. As soon as we do, we tell the store, and the store will go ahead and ship your order.

I paid for my order, but the store says it hasn't received payment yet. Why?

If your bank sent your payment electronically, it can take 1-3 business days for the store to receive your payment. On rare occasions, the first payment made to us is sent from the bank to us as a physical check which takes longer to process. Your online banking bill pay website should give you an approximate delivery date. You can usually tell by the delivery date if it was sent electronically (1-3 days) or as a check (sometimes longer). If you don't see this information, you can always call your bank to find out. As soon as the store receives your payment they will go ahead and ship your order.

How do I redeem a Coupon?

eBillme coupons are easy to use and give you instant discounts at more than 800 online retailers.

To use your coupon, select eBillme at the checkout from any of our participating merchant. Then simply enter the coupon in the coupon field next to the eBillme's Terms and Conditions. Once your coupon is entered, the coupon amount is discounted from your order total.

How do I get my rebate?

To get your eBillme rebate, visit eBillme Stores.

How do I file a Buyer Protection Claim?

How do I pay my bill at a walk-in location?

Pay eBillme at over 50,000 Western Union Agent locations in the US.

Paying with Western Union:

  1. Find a Western Union® Agent location in the US.

  2. Print a copy of the eBillme eBill and bring it to the Find location near you.nearest Western Union Agent location.

  3. Fill out the blue Quick Collect® Western Union form. Complete the form and include:

  4. (a) the amount owing on your eBill
    (b) eBillme as the biller name
    (c) your eBillme Account Number, which is EB plus 7 digits, example, EB1234567.

  5. Give the agent the form and cash (amount to be sent, plus Quick Collect fee). The agent will process the payment and give you a receipt.

  6. eBillme will send you an email eReceipt when we receive your payment; and eBillme will notify the merchant to process your order.

What walk-in locations can I pay my bill at?

You can pay at over 50,000 Western Union Agent locations. Find a location near you.

Can a friend or parent pay my bill at a walk-in location?

Yes. To have someone else pay for your order, simply forward the bill we sent to you by email to the person, or give them the printout of your bill. Ask them to follow the process listed above.

Is there a charge for paying at a walk-in location?

Yes. When you pay eBillme at a Western Union Agent location: you will pay the amount owing on your eBill, and the Western Union Quick Collect Fee. Western Union service fees range from $2.95 to $6.95 US. Western Union may adjust the applicable Service Fees at its discretion at any time.

What is the eBillme Cash Back Program?

With eBillme you can earn 1% cash back on each order you place with eBillme. All you need to is register for the program and start earning.

How many cash back rewards do I need to redeem my cash back?

You can redeem your cash back rewards once you've earned a minimum of $10.

How do I redeem my Cash Back Rewards?

When you have a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards, your monthly statement will have a link to create a cash back coupon. Simply click the link, follow the instructions and create a cash back coupon code. The next time you use eBillme at a participating merchant, simply enter the coupon when you are accepting eBillme's Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to wait to redeem my Cash Back Rewards?

As soon as you have $10 worth of Cash Back in your account, you can go ahead and create a cash back coupon to redeem at any of our participating stores.

Sometimes there will be a waiting period for cash back rewards to be deposited into your account. If you've waited over 15 days for the points to be deposited, please contact us.

How long do my Cash Back Rewards last?

Your Cash Back last 2 years so there's plenty of time to build up your money and redeem it.

When you create a cash back coupon, it's valid for a period of 6 months.

How much can I earn in Cash Back?

You may earn up to two hundred U.S. dollars ($200.00) of cash back savings in a calendar year.

If I create a coupon but my purchase is less than the coupon amount, can I reuse the remainder?

When redeeming and using your coupon, be aware that the coupon is only valid once and 100% of its value will be used against the purchase regardless of purchase amount. Coupons will not retain a balance therefore please ensure the purchase that the coupon is applied to is equal or greater than the coupon value.

Where can I see how many cash back rewards I have?

Each month you'll get an email with a summary of how many cash back rewards you have.

Are eBillme cash back rewards transferrable?

eBillme cash back rewards are not transferrable, but can be combined with any other eBillme offers and programs.
