    Why Guarantee Customer Satisfaction?

Consumers worry that they’ll be stuck with a product that they don’t want and that the merchant’s return policy will be too limiting or confusing. eBillme’s Satisfaction Guarantee helps consumers feel more confident that they can easily return their product. This enhanced confidence leads to more completed checkouts and increased customer satisfaction.

    How it works:

    The Satisfaction Guarantee provides your customers with a money-back guarantee on eligible purchases they make (herein referred to as the “Covered Purchase”) with eBillme for up to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If they become dissatisfied with a Covered Purchase, We will accept return of the item and reimburse the purchase price up to $500 per Covered Purchase and $1,000 per twelve-month period. Payment does not include any applicable taxes, storage, shipping, handling, and postage charges. A Covered Purchase may be returned to Us for any reason, but it must be returned undamaged and in good working condition, and in its original and complete packaging. The customer is responsible for all mailing costs.
