With every paid eBillme order at a participating contest merchant, customers will be automatically entered into the Hey Big Spender Contest, and have the chance to win their order. The customer with the highest order value wins their purchase (max value $5000 US). Terms & Conditions below.
How to Enter
From June 15th to July 15th, 2010 - Shop at our participating merchants (see list below).- At the checkout page, pay for your order in full, using eBillme.
- All paid orders (*) at participating merchants are automatically entered into the Contest.
- The customer with the highest order value as of July 15, 2010, wins their purchase (up to a max value $5000 US).
(*)Terms & Conditions:
- One winner. Must be 18+, and a resident of the US.
- Order must be a single transaction, from a participating merchant within the promotional period, paid with eBillme.
- Value of order is: final price, before taxes, shipping, and handling.
- Order must be placed and paid in full (via eBillme payment option) by July 15, 2010.
- Special orders, gift certificates/e-cards, and out of stock inventory are ineligible, and will be deducted from qualifying order amount.
- Contest winner must agree to waive right to return product, or claim price protection.
- In the event if a tie (orders of equal value), the earliest order date/time will be declared the winner, as determined by eBillme.
- Winner will be notified by email on July 30th, 2010 and must confirm back to eBillme by August 9th, 2010.
- Contest winner will receive value of order (minus taxes, shipping, and handling) by check, 90 days after the contest closes.
- Contest winner must agree to allow Sponsor (eBillme and participating merchants) to publish winner’s name, State, and product(s) purchased.
- Contest winnings are considered income and must be reported to the Internal Revenue Service
