The company launched the MyGofer service last year, which currently allows shoppers to search through tens of thousands of online products, place orders on their computer or iPhone, and then pick them up at a nearby retail store, reports the news provider.

"Customers are looking for instant gratification. They want it today. They want it now," said Sears senior vice president for e-commerce, Imran Jooma. He also said that the MyGofer service will offer more delivery workers as part of its expansion.
