If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, simply call 1-888-899-6633 within 90 days of purchase for a Satisfaction Guarantee claim form. You’ll have 120 days (from the date of the original purchase) to return the claim form to eBillme. You’ll be asked to include a number of pieces of documentation, as well as the item you are returning. It typically takes about 30 days to process a claim and issue a check.
